Promantra soon to open its New Global Delivery Center in Philippines

Promantra, Inc., a premier provider of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management outsourcing services today announced that it is planning to open a new Global Delivery Center at Malabon, Philippines. The facility will be a global extension to Promantra’s Corporate office at Somerset, New Jersey in addition to its existing presence in Hyderabad, India. With the addition of new facility, Promantra is aiming at improving its seating capacity by additional 450 seats. This center would be staffed by experienced medical billers and AR Associates to handle the AR calling process for the US healthcare industry.
Once the center is operational, it will eventually become the second largest of its Global Delivery centers. Promantra is planning to invest 30% of its existing operating income in this facility to maintain and ensure information security, and provide high skilled training to its employees. This center will also be a complete HIPAA enabled facility with a lot of security measures put in place in terms of physical security, information security and employee security.
